  • Manual machine to straighten the leads of integrated circuits. This machine is supplied with Tube Holders for components with .3" (7.62mm) and .6" (15.24mm) pitches. Pitches .4" (10.16mm), .75" (19.05mm), .9" (22.86mm) are available upon request.
  • The TP/LN-500 is a pneumatic machine to cut loose radial components. The upper stationary plate determines de cutting height, the standard is .125" (3.2mm). Additional plates to increase this height are available starting from .019" (0.5mm) The cutting area is 1.77x2.12" (45x54mm). Lateral cuts at the most common pitches allow the easy handling of bent leads. The standard grid pattern accommodates most types of components. Special grid pattern plates can be provided upon request.
  • The TP/LN-500 is a pneumatic machine to cut loose radial components by using a guillotine type lower blade. It can handle any type of radial component regardless of lead diameter, pitch and form. The upper plate thickness comes at a standard .125" (3.2mm) Additional plates can be ordered to increase the height, starting from .019" (0.5mm).
  • The TP/SC4 is a pneumatic machine for loose radial components. There are over 20 standard interchangeable dies available. Special dies can be made to modify the specs of a standard form, or a new form can be developed from a drawing upon request.
  • Motorized cutting machine for loose radial components. Adjustable speed. Easy and quick manual component feeding. Two belts hold the leads and feed them through the rotary blades. The cutting length can be adjusted by turning an allen screw located on the right from guide. TAPE PITCH The attachment BR3 can be added to the TP/TC4 to handle taped radial components. It is available for two types of tape hole pitch: 12.7mm (.5") or 15mm (.59").
  • The TP/TO-CF is an automatic machine designed to cut and form transistors in a tube (TO-220, TO-218, TO-126). All operations are controlled by a PLC. The complete process is fully automated. Each type of transistor requires a dedicated die. Two wire holders lock the leads before the cutting and forming operation. The productivity of the TP/TO-CF is approximately 2,500 parts per hour.

  • Cut, bend and form machine for axial components. Three versions are available depending on the lead diameter of the components: 1. TP6/PR-F/1 - .019-.035 " (0.5-0.9mm) 2. TP6/PR-F/2 - .031-.039 " (0.8-1mm) 3. TP6/PR-F/3 - .039-.051 " (1-1.3mm) Various dies are available for each version. The TNS is always supplied with this machine.
