Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for developing new business, and a deep understanding of customer needs. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
– Identify and Develop Leads: Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
– Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
– Negotiate and Close Deals: Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring smooth transitions and client satisfaction.
– Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
– Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
– Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in semicon and electronics industries.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in E & E, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Job Title: Customer Service
Responsibilities:
– To handle administrative enquiries and provide timely feedback via telephone call or email.
– Able to work closely with inter-dept in providing excellent pre- and post-services as well as to ensure timely completion of tasks.
– Able to provide support to team on day-to-day operation and provide full administrative support.
– To prepare Sales Quotation, POs entry, follow up on Sales Order and any other sales related correspondences.
– Coordination of delivery with store keeper, warehouse officer and customers forwarders
– To ensure proper documentations work flow ad filing systems are updated and well maintained.
– To perform and other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any related field.
– At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Independent, good in communication and interpersonal skills
– Languages required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
– Willing to work after working hours when required

Job Title: Technician
Job Description
– To perform in-house repair on manufacturing used equipment, such as soldering iron set, filtering system, dispensing system, component counters, tape dispensers, etc.
– To conduct technical support in factories.
Academic Background
– Certificate or Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics, or
– Certificates from vocational school.
– With knowledge of coding is an added advantage.
Working Experience
– One to two years of working experience in the equipment repair sector.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
