- The TP/TO-CF is an automatic machine designed to cut and form transistors in a tube (TO-220, TO-218, TO-126). All operations are controlled by a PLC. The complete process is fully automated. Each type of transistor requires a dedicated die. Two wire holders lock the leads before the cutting and forming operation. The productivity of the TP/TO-CF is approximately 2,500 parts per hour.
- The OLAMEF MOT 98 (7915030) is a motor drive unit that attaches to the TP6, TP6/PR-B, TP6/V, TP6/S, TP6/R manual machines. This accessory can be purchased separately or as part of the equipment. A foot pedal to control the motor is available (600023). The motors are NECESSARY when planning to use a Loose Component Feeder.
- The SEP2 is a manual machine designed to separate pre-scored PCBs fast and economically. The clearance between the circular blade and the linear blade is adjustable depending the PCB thickness to ensure that the PCB is only separated in the pre-scored groove. The height of the front and back supporting tables is also adjustable. During the operation, the PCB is placed with its pre-scored groove onto the linear blade and the circular blade is then drawn by hand across the PCB.
- The SEP2M is the motorized version of the SEP2 machine. It is designed to separate pre-scored PCBs. The maximum separation length is 450mm. The circular blade is controlled by a foot pedal and the blade run is programmable. The clearance between the circular blade and the linear blade is adjustable as well as the height of the front and back supporting tables.
