- The TP/TO-CF is an automatic machine designed to cut and form transistors in a tube (TO-220, TO-218, TO-126). All operations are controlled by a PLC. The complete process is fully automated. Each type of transistor requires a dedicated die. Two wire holders lock the leads before the cutting and forming operation. The productivity of the TP/TO-CF is approximately 2,500 parts per hour.
- Cut and bend machine for axial components. The standard version is designed for leads with lead diameters from .015 - .051" (0.4-1.3mm) Other versions available for reduced bend from body, fixed pitches (.2", .3", .4" or 5.08mm, 7.62mm, 10.16mm) and for heavy leads (up to .055" or 1.4mm)
- Cut, bend and form machine for axial components. Three versions are available depending on the lead diameter of the components: 1. TP6/PR-F/1 - .019-.035 " (0.5-0.9mm) 2. TP6/PR-F/2 - .031-.039 " (0.8-1mm) 3. TP6/PR-F/3 - .039-.051 " (1-1.3mm) Various dies are available for each version. The TNS is always supplied with this machine.
- Manual machine to cut radial taped components. It is available for two types of tape hole pitch: 12.7mm (.5") or 15mm (.59") The TP6/R can be adjusted easily for different lead lengths. If you need an economical machine, see the TP6/R-EC also available in the the two tape pitch versions.
- Manual pneumatic machine to cut & form radial taped components. The upper movable die is controlled by the vertical stroke of the cylinder. The same die will form a variety of lead pitches without the need of any adjustments. There are 10 standard interchangeable dies available. Special dies can be made to modify the specs of a standard form, or a new form can be developed from a drawing upon request.
